ICDM - Terms of Service & Community Guidelines

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ICDM services, including our Discord server, Roblox group, and digital currency system, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Failure to adhere may result in termination of access.

1.2 User Responsibilities

• Users must comply with Discord's and Roblox's Terms of Service.
• Any fraudulent activity, exploitation, or misuse of ICDM services is strictly prohibited.
• Users are responsible for their accounts and any transactions made.

1.3 IDM Coin & Transactions

• IDM Coin is a digital currency within ICDM and has no real-world monetary value.
• Exchanges for Robux or other digital goods are handled within ICDM, and ICDM is not responsible for third-party transactions.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate IDM Coin systems will result in account suspension.

1.4 Refunds & Chargebacks

• All transactions within ICDM, including purchases of roles, assets, and IDM Coin exchanges, are final.
• Chargebacks or refund requests through third-party services will result in account termination.

1.5 Modification of Terms

ICDM reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of new terms.

2.1 General Conduct

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism.
• No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind.
• No spamming, self-promotion (without permission), or disruptive behavior.

2.2 Content & Design Submissions

• All designs submitted must be original or have proper usage rights.
• Plagiarism, stolen assets, or unauthorized use of copyrighted material is prohibited.
• Users must follow proper submission guidelines.

2.3 Moderation & Enforcement

• Moderators and staff reserve the right to warn, mute, kick, or ban members who violate guidelines.
• Users can appeal bans via a support ticket system.

2.4 UGC & Clothing Sales Guidelines

• Community-uploaded UGC earns 20% not 50% due to cost of upload.
• Clothing designers earn 50% of revenue from their sales.
• ICDM reserves the right to remove any submitted UGC or clothing violating standards.
